Manage applicant office visitsProvide just-in-time support. Deal with candidates on-site, and manage office visit issues (including cancellations, rescheduling) on behalf of the recruiterWork with recruiters, the HRSSC, and clients to develop and maintain relationships with candidates. Make necessary adjustments to interview schedulesUse your proficiency with Taleo and other recruiting tools, to help recruiters with candidate issuesWork with the HRSSC to carry out key phases of the recruiting process, including scheduling, offers, and on-boardingHelp validate I-9 documentation and collect new hire paperworkDetermine timing requirements, interviewer lists and on-site logistics for group office visits. This will include greeting and intake of candidatesWork closely with recruiters and HRSSC, to manage all aspects of electronic candidate recruiting filesHelp the Sourcing team and recruiters with creative sourcing program activitiesResearch the feasibility of career fairs and other external recruiting eventsLiaise with EY affinity groups, to help with inclusiveness events run by the experienced hire recruiting teamMake process recommendations to achieve operational excellenceIdentify issues and escalate as appropriateContribute knowledge, and promote a knowledge-sharing culture

Carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision, in accordance with established policies and procedures Process and/or review more complex HR transactions Reconcile and balance HR transactions in detail. Escalate questions and/or discrepancies Proactively contact field members of the Americas People Team (APT), other Ernst & Young personnel, and external parties, regarding processing issues Recommend ways to overcome transaction issues to leaders Prepare, contribute and potentially run reporting, as directed Meet production volume and quality standards as outlined by department management Help with special projects, as requested Respond to customer needs and inquiries (routine and non-routine), by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines. Follow through on commitments, and take responsibility for results. Effectively prioritize assignments Understand customer expectations, and deliver service that exceeds customers' needs within department guidelines Use proven experience and abilities to coach less-experienced team members
