About Andrew Strachan

I am constantly seeing opportunities for businesses to grow and provide more value to customers, at scale. Over my career, I have demonstrated my ability to take a business to greater heights. From increasing profit double digits for Royal Wolf by honing our solutions to solve difficult customer challenges to establishing and rapidly growing Simonds Homes NSW business to hit $100m, it is my ability to cut through the noise and act at speed, while setting up teams and processes for sustainable growth that is my core strength. I’m highly driven and motivated by not only commercial growth and performance, but outcomes that last. I am passionate about innovation. In particular, the opportunities presented by sustainability to create new solutions, and indeed, businesses that provide meaningful customer value and support the move towards a circular economy. In fact, I have made it a key focus, removing waste from our landfills by enabling the recycling of up to 80% of building materials across all of the custom home building projects.
