As Managing Director I see it as my task to guide the company through the current difficult economic times and emerge the other side as a stronger and more profitable organisation.I take a huge amount of pride in making Katronic Technologies the best company that it can be. My goal is to grow the business in a way that I deem to be professional and ethical and provide the best possible place of work for everyone who is part of the company. I enjoy the fact that the company is now in a position to offer apprenticeships and hopefully give a younger person a start in business.As part of my work I spend much of my time abroad trying to grow export business for the company. I have always been of the opinion that in order for our, or any British company to grow it is vital to seize the opportunities presented on a global market. I thoroughly enjoy this element of business although it can be tiring and nowhere near as glamorous as my friends think it is. We presently export to over twenty countries with more than half of our sales coming from outside of the UK.My export strategy was vindicated when I was lucky enough to be present when Katronic were awarded 'Exporter of The Year' and the 2013 Coventry Telegraph Business Awards.
