Responsible Gaming Report compulation to HOD.Utilise SAS to detect rating errors & variance on table results.Pit Operation during night shift or manpower shortage.

To ensure the pit operation is runnning smooth.To monitor & ensure pit operation's practice is being carried out accordance to casino policy. To ensure efficient & cordial services were accorded to patrons at pit operation or gaming suite.Report to Casino shift Manager pertaining gaming Pit / Suites room performance or incidents.Provide an excellent gaming experience to patrons.

Undergone training to Casino Table Games, Casino Slots & Casino Marketing.Assist in casino promotions & events proposal.To complete assignments assigned by every department.

Assist in Membership Counter Operation such as show ticketing & room reservation.Handle guest's request / inquries regarding casino products & services.Promote on-going or up-coming events & promotions.Recruit new GRC members & recommend existing members for upgrading of card.
