As part of the Global Workplace Management team, my responsibilities are the development and operations of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and it's use in all aspects of desktop management globally.

As part of the Infrastructure Support team, my specific responsibilities were desktop management of the computers in the region, particularly focused on operating system deployment and application delivery.
