Im a very hands on worker who always completes a job to the best of my abilities. I like to see my work done on time and 100% correct. If a manager overseeing me tells me to do a specific task, I won't quit until it's finished to the specifications required. I'm definitely a perfectionist and very well organized individual in my life whether it's at work or home. I love working with others in my workplace and I've had many jobs where that was a daily requirement. But, if working individually is needed of me I will have no problem working on a task alone. I'm never tardy for a job, in fact I prefer showing up early. My experience spans from Serving at Restaurants & Nursing Homes to Sales and Customer Service. Throughout the past few years each and every one of my jobs I've worked required me to be heavily involved in dealing with customers face to face or over the phone. I really enjoy helping out and speaking with people wherever it may be. Once I set a goal for myself to assist a customer with anything, it's my responsibilty to make sure they are fully satisfied after I help them with any issues, questions, or requests they may have. Being Motivated is a key factor in my success at work. Creativity although, is something I pride myself on having. Finding new creative ways to get a job done more efficiently and effectively that is both benificial to the customers but also the company/business.
