Review and auditing client performance comprising of Attribution analysis, return reasonability checks, income flow, reconciliation of Cash flows and corporate actions with internal checks.Investigate and escalate any unmatched trades to the relevant teams. Measuring risk and return performance using various methodology and tracking error.Investigating causes to Market Value break, Dollar Value Added break and Net Cash Flow Break.Implement new client migrations by setting up procedures, auditing and delivery of reports to clients. Responsible to review Reconciliations prepared by team members. Allocation of work.Maintain and Validate various Issue trackers, Client Trackers and workon getting issue resolved.Providing status to the client on call on Daily basis.Providing detail training of the client to JV team before handover of the client.Responsible to create different Plugin template for the respective client that were handling.Experience in working on Agile Environment.Providing suggestions to Product Manager after analyzing the functional and technical feasibility with the team.Involved in Business Testing for new functionalities implemented by Development team.Involved in fixing defects and tracked all the Positive/Negative test cases in HP Quality center.
