• Analyze technical need or job description from the clients to understand the job description.• Work with Account manager, Delivery managers, and sales team to identify staffing needs.• Daily huddle with the team in meeting tight deadline for the week.• Used different databases for sourcing candidates (Bull horn, Xplore, LinkedIn, LinkedIn recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, x-Ray Search).• Build Effective and communicative relationship with candidates and Account managers to enhance the service levels and productivity.• Increasing cold call volume to get more referrals.• Sourcing candidates using both active and passive search through networking.• Responsible for reference checks, offer letter, Visa transfers, rate changes etc.• Mentoring new hires in overcoming objections from Candidates and Account managers. • Following up with the shortlisted candidates, Scheduling interviews both in person and video.

• Working on Settlements Request from FOS, Customers and Collection Managers and Recovery.• Informing customer of various loan Departments about Impact of settlement on CIBIL Score.• Generating Settlement Letters once approved by the designated officer.• Ensuring that a correct approver is assigned for a settlement request or ticket raised, based on POS Waiver%• Working on Call back requests from Customers, Field Collection managers and Recovery also ensuring these requests are cleared based on TAT.• Working on Broken Settlements, Restructuring and Escalations.• Also ensuring that all the requests raised in Salesforce are closed/Cleared as per SLA.• Handling both inbound and outbound calls of Area Collection managers in negotiating the settlement amount.• Responsible for extracting and reporting Daily work Data to the concerned Manager using MS excel.

• Supporting one or more Collections Operations Processes.• Updating/Coding Cease and Desist in FDR (First Data Resource) and RMSNG once letter is received form Law Firm.• Handling inbound calls during peak seasons and peak times, also handling calls of Loss mitigation (CAP, CCCS, Settlement).• Supporting other process managed by SPG (Specialized Processing Group)• Working on the written letters from the customer and law firms, in regards to disputes and cease and desist.• Working on SCRA Requests raised by customer service agents and Debt collectors.• Investigating dispute complaints and identifying fraudulent transactions.• Reporting Account information to Credit bureau (Experian and Equifax).• Documenting the actions taken on an account in FDR, RMS NG, and Work station. Also ensuring documentation process is followed.
