Provide best practice project management services to project sponsors in the delivery of Capital Works projects across the Shire of Campaspe.To coordinate the scheduling and delegation of projects contained within the councils Capital Works Program that require formal project management in accordance with Campaspe’s project management systems.To oversee the skills and development of the Councils Project Management Group, to provide mentoring to others in the group and to develop a professional development program for Councils project managers.To develop and implement a project management framework across the organisation for consistency and quality project outcomes including a project user manual covering project procedures and guidelines with supporting flowcharts, project management and project administration templates.
