Negotiated the Farmin to the DBS Prospect, a 9,000 Ha MPSA prospect in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), Mindanao. Managed the field exploration program which has led to the identification of a large scale Cu-Au prospect.

Following the global collapse of Arthur Andersen, Andrew founded BW Capital, a High Net Worth Independent Investment Advisory business, which grew from nil to $125M under advisement within 16 months. Andrew was the Responsible Officer for BW Capital (AFSL 221409), advising both wholesale and retail clients. After building the business platform and growing FUA, Andrew sold his 50% stake to his JV partner.

Joined Arthur Andersen as a Director on 1st April 1996. Promoted to Partner in the Sydney Private Client Services Tax Practice in August 1998. Initiated and led the National Investment Advisory practice, which included being a Founding Director and Responsible Officer of Andersen Private Wealth Management Pty Limited (AFSL 195085).Andrew was also an Associate Director of the Arthur Andersen Centre for Family Business based in Chicago.Primary role was to develop the national wealth management practice. This grew from a startup to $100M+ FUA business in its first 18 months. The core offering was sophisticated wealth advisory services, encompassing specialist domestic and cross border tax advice, together with independent asset allocation advice and investment placement.Broader role included developing the Sydney private client tax services practice, which consulted to successful families. The business advisory and tax services ranged from IPO and trade sale work, to structuring and compliance.

As part of a Directorial engagement, coordinated the acquisition of a private group headquartered in New York. The role as EVP involved raising debt finance and setting up the global corporate structure. It also encompassed managing the US East Coast operations immediately post-acquisition to ensure a successful transition. This Group had operations in London, New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Chicago and Sydney.
