I am currently working for the above firm which is a major printing company in the north of England. My responsibilities include: * Communicating with clients on a day to day basis* Producing delivery notes for completed jobs* Picking jobs and planning out the best approach to fulfil day to day orders* Always ensuring the client is happy and satisfied* Booking stock into system / checking off goods and quality of stock once it arrives.* I also used to deliver jobs around the area so I have a good understanding of the North East roads.* I used to be a sales executive where I dealt with customers on a day to day basis. Worked for the above firm which was a new up and coming bar/nightclub which had recently opened up on the main street in Nha Trang, Vietnam. My main responsibilities included:* Training all staff to understand and speak English* Training staff how to run a very busy bar/club and kitchen* Making sure that all customers were served at the highest standard* Managing all accounts* Make sure that the Guava bar was advertised everywhere possible* Making sure that the stock was ordered and also never low* Delivering a friendly helpful service to all customers that entered the Establishment.This was a challenging role being in a foreign speaking country and I had to learn fast to be able to make it the successful running business that it is today.

Worked for the above firm which was a very established dental lab in the north-east of England. I was responsible for a wide range of duties within the lab which included:* make models of the mouth and teeth from impressions of the patients mouth (taken by the dental prosthetist or dentist)* build up wax replicas of part or all of the mouth and/or teeth using the model* encase the wax in a mould material and melt away the wax* replace the wax with plastic, metal or ceramic materials to make the replacement appliance* polish and finish the appliance prior to being placed in the patients mouth* make appliances for patients with cleft palates, braces and plates for correcting irregular teeth and mouth guards.

Worked for the above firm which made high quality baby products under the brand name of "tommee tippee". Responsible for a wide and diverse ranges of duties, including:* Working on a fast flow production line operating machines, including plastic moulding machines making baby bowls, plastic utensils, spoons, forks, cups etc.* Assisting with routine maintenance of machines and keeping them clean and tidy* Working as a member of a fast flow packaging line* Administrative duties including recording movement of stock manually* Customer service duties involved serving customers in factory shop, handling cash, stock rotation, pricing goods and keeping shop area clean and tidy

Worked at the above coffee shop within Newcastle Airport. Responsible for a range of duties. These duties included serving customers, handling cash, assisting in the kitchen, making sandwiches, washing dishes, stock-taking, keeping kitchen and sales area clean and tidy, adhering to strict health and safety procedures.
