I am a dedicated and motivated Technical Support Specialist, with 10-years of experience providing technical expertise to internal and external customers.I’m a strong communicator with excellent customer service skills. I pay close attention to detail and am passionate about solving problems. One of the accomplishments I’m proudest of occurred when the delivery driver at ImageNet quit. I had been hired as a warehouse tech, but I wanted to show I could do much more than setting up refurbished multi-function printers. When the driver quit, I spoke to my manager and volunteered to handle the deliveries so we could get the equipment out while she searched for a new driver. I showed my manager that I was more than capable of handling the deliveries as well as the setups and refurbs, so a driver wasn't hired, and I kept both positions, saving the company a salary plus benefits for about eight years.I’m most proud of obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Science this year. I realized that if I wanted to have a sustainable career, I needed a college education. It took me seven years while working full time, but I graduated with a 3.2 GPA.I would welcome the opportunity to work with a company where I can put my technical expertise and customer service skills to work, where I can find my “last” job, and the opportunity to earn advancement.
