Successfully represented property owner in pre-suit negotiations stemming from commercial construction projects where general contractor failed to pay subs and did not complete work contracted for. Successfully defended sub-contractor in government bonded construction project where general contractor refused final payment claiming delay damages.Represented real estate agents and brokerages in suits claiming misrepresentation, nondisclosure, and breach of duty for both residential and commercial properties.Represented residential and commercial property owners in land title litigation including but not limited to suits involving trespass to try title, suit to quiet title, constructive trusts, fraud, and breach of warranty.Represented banking institutions in suits to enforce purchase money and home equity notes.
