As the asset manager I am responsible for overseeing the purchasing of all equipment and goods for ARRI Rental North America. I ensure all purchasing is properly documented and approved through our PO process and that our purchased rental assets are properly entered into our system at the time of receiving. I am in contact with vendors about shipments and payments as well as the departments and branches that have requested new rental assets or purchases to be made.

I coordinated all of the administrative aspects of the North American service group of ARRI Rental. This included managing and monitoring equipment out to vendors for repair as well as internal repairs that needed parts purchases to be made. Service related purchases were coordinated between myself and the purchasing and asset management teams. At times I was able to help the rental operations team design and oversee internal processes involving service repairs and checking in of damaged equipment.

As the Assistant Service Manager of ARRI Rental's Camera Service Department I was responsible for coordinating and tracking all internal and external repairs. This included inventory tracking as well as vendor communication. Support and direction was provided to a service team of 10. We maintained, cataloged and stocked an extensive parts inventory for in house repairs as well as offering support to other North American branches.
