Centra is a B2B SaaS scaleup, offering e-commerce software focused on brands in the fashion and lifestyle segments. It lets you serve all markets with the right products, prices, and campaigns so you can scale up fast.Highlights of what I did there:• Owned Centra’s Apps & Integrations product domain and was in charge of 5-8 OKRs quarterly for two cross-functional product teams, consistently setting product success metrics and meeting 80% of these objectives• Advanced product vision and strategy alignment by communicating roadmaps, priorities and OKR updates to C-level executives, department heads, and partner teams, resulting in resolved interdependencies and clarity• Promoted product quality, testing and feature acceptance criteria, leading to a 30% reduction in post-launch defects and the highest product domain health metrics across the company• Prepared and maintained the product roadmap; owned, managed, and prioritized the product and sprint backlog, achieving an "Exceeds Expectations" rating in Planning and Prioritization on the performance review• Analysed qualitative and quantitative data and product usage to identify trends, leading to the deprecation of 10+ redundant features, which resulted in a significant decrease in maintenance costs and support queries• Led the successful launch of the v1 Integration GraphQL API enabling ERP, WMS, PIM, and POS systems to be integrated with Centra, adopted by 155 out of 250 B2B clients• Led the Beta launch of the DTC GraphQL API for building headless storefronts, pivotal in securing a major client for the company, and coordinated its first in-person demo for the key client in Stockholm• Planned and managed product releases and contributed to the development of customer enablement materials and the product changelog• Created user stories and epic specifications and guided the development team in decomposing stories into technical tasks, fostering a shared understanding of business context and goals
