Student volunteer approved by The Mechanical Licensing Collective (The MLC) to help promote The MLC to songwriters.

- Take meeting minutes, send out to team members, & file in Box;- Maintain a calendar based on our timeline and artist updates and have copy for us to look at every meeting;- Facilitated the organization’s information and data using Box;- Created forms and excel sheets for organizational use;- Kept a current budget for reference;- Sent out monthly emails to our artists - work with President and A&R;- Oversaw the drafting and execution of our songwriters’ agreement and all other legal documents;- Assisted songwriters with PRO and copyright registration as required;- Compiled the Cat5 Annual Report.

- Teaching drum lessons to children and teenagers ages 6-18;- Assist in directing various performance programs;- Organize music equipment and rehearsal rooms;- Implemented creative ways to teach drumming techniques to students;- Adapting teaching style to cater to students in different age groups and levels.

Worked closely with the VP of A&R by:- Creating one-sheets using Canva for artists, songwriters, and producers;- Lead the creation of a master roster for Sony Music Publishing Latin and U.S. Latin;- Providing feedback on demos sent by rising artists, songwriters, and producers;- Preparing creative descriptions for legal agreements;- Writing letters of recommendation for artists, songwriters, and producers seeking citizenship in the U.S.;- Syncing songwriters and their works into Spotify database.
