I joined Gammage & Burnham in August 2013 after graduating law school. During my time at the firm, I gained in-depth experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and revising various real estate agreements, conducting due diligence related to acquisitions, and closing transactions. I spent a majority of my time working on acquisitions for national and regional homebuilders, which cumulatively included closing on over 1,000 developable lots in Metro Phoenix, Tucson, and New Mexico. Apart from the homebuilding sector, I worked on a variety of other commercial real estate transactions, including representing a national-brand fast-food franchisee in acquiring over 20 new or existing restaurants and representing multiple REITs in shopping center acquisitions. I also gained significant experience negotiating commercial lease agreements.
