My career in telecommunications started off pounding doors for Integra Telecom of Washington. A wonderful way to break your teeth in telecom. From my success of selling POTS Lines and DSL to every nail salon and coffee stand, I decided to move on and sell a more diversified product set within telecom. Trinity Network Solutions offered an diverse selection of Telecom Providers and Products. I work for the agenda of the customer not the equipment vendor or service provider. I was given the Halls Lake Central Office as my territory. Cities included Lynnwood, Edmonds and Mountlake Terrace. My job was to go door to door, prospect potential customers to sell Integra Telecom products to current XO Comm & Verizon customers. My daily activities included, Collecting 75+ business cards 3 - 5 days a week, following up the following week with those prospected potential customers, finally closing enough sales that equaled 75 ALE's, or $2500 in new monthly billing. These sales strategies led to reocurring success. Attaining quota 7 out of 12 months and then qualifying for Presidents Club in September of 2005. These points of success guided me into the next 5 years of professional telecom sales and consulting -
