• Increased the processing capabilities of front line diagnostics with a series of scripts and files that allowed for automatic updates to programs and prepped for upcoming test programs.• Developed a web interface into a database that could be used effectively by the director, 4 managers, and 40 engineers after a company merger. Director applied the database to justify large capital expenses, which in turn improved time to market and product reliability.• Shortened cycle time and improved the success rate by streamlining the scan diagnostic process for front line analysts. Led to increased business and directly improved the bottom line. • Identified manufacturing defects through comprehensive failure analysis of devices to determine root causes; delivered information and solutions to customers. • Published a paper on Memory Diagnostics method to characterize reads vs. writes failures in memory testing. Filled an industry need to more easily make the determination. • Managed software for design-based failure analysis, scan, and memory. Wrote scripts to automate tools so all front-line analysts could use it for diagnostics. Foundational project for group which made FA requests far more successful with the DBFA.• Used memory diagnostic algorithms heavily over the past 4 years for product analysis. Wrote settings to registers that will set parameters for BIST and analyze results. • Improved efficiency by reducing test time when possible, bringing overall costs down. Checked code thoroughly to prevent future errors.• Managed input from 4 managers and 1 director while developing a FA database.
