Developed/Reviewed information and plans, while making recommendations on complex planning problems related to a variety of land uses involving Conflicting Factors, Economic Growth, Environmental Laws and Regulatory Compliance, Organizational Performance Analysis, Program Outreach, Project Management, Quality Management and the Social and Cultural Welfare of Communities. Planned and produced comprehensive planning studies used as the basis for construction on Vandenberg AFB. This includes the formulation of The Vandenberg AFB Installation Development Plan (IDP), and Area Development Plans (ADP's), of which include; FamCamp Camping/Recreation Plan, Airfield Management Plan, Range Natural Resources Plan, Housing Plan, Dorm Master Plan, Cantonment (Downtown) Plan, and Energy Management Plan. I frequently reviewed, and led work performed under a grant, contract, MILCON, or program for accuracy, adequacy, completeness, constraints, and conformity with program or contract requirements, and, as necessary, made suggestions designed to improve the product/programs. Served as a Project manager for a variety of projects to include demolition, construction (MILCON), Energy Conservation, Wildlife Management, and Natural Resource Restoration. I frequently conducted stakeholder analysis, and was an active member in local, state, and federal planning initiatives/programs. The Ohio State University Planning and Real Estate department is responsible for all real estate transactions, physical and space planning developments, and facilities related information for every university campus. The department consists of the landscape and university architects who provide their expertise about a multitude of projects.

Charged with the creation of a downtown revitalization plan. This plan included historic preservation, Green Infrastructure (Rails to Trails) transportation, large park, redevelopment, reinvestment, way finding, tourism, and education. My role as a project manager was to oversee design, site planning, community involvement, stakeholder analysis, public speaking, budgetary constraints, capital costs, grant/funding analysis, and served as the lead when conducting general research and analysis.
