I started Triad Health to teach Physios, Sports and Massage Therapists how to help more people. In doing so, we will improve the quality of care provided and help Therapists reach their own goals in the profession. Our vision is that every Physio, Massage and Sports Therapist in the world will have accessed one of our courses and in doing so, will be even better placed to provide amazing care to patients all over the world.

The Golden Graduate Programme was designed to produce something very rare: a private practice-ready graduate Physio who will be successful, effective and profitable from day one. The week long course includes revision of their assessment and treatment skills for the upper and lower limb and spine and how to apply them to the private setting! It also teaches them the commercial and non-clinical skills which are vital to be successful in a Private Physiotherapy practice.

My role involves the day-to-day running of the clinics and ensuring that they are commercially successful. This involves the management and training of all the staff in the clinics to ensure that the best possible patient care is provided. I work with our team to ensure the quality of our clinics meets our high standards and consistently meets the expectations of our patients by creating a positive, engaging culture. Developing relationships with local organisations to ensure appropriate referral into our growing clinic network is a key aspect of my role in encouraging growth in the business. My duties also include recruitment of Physiotherapists, Massage and Sports Therapists, and Administration Assistants. We are always looking for the best staff to join our existing clinics!

At present my role includes assessing and treating a wide range of musculo-skeletal injuries, specialising in sports injuries, to members of the public, amateur and international sportsmen and women. I also specialise in Occupational Physiotherapy, which involves provision of Physiotherapy on-site at various companies around Manchester, as well as carrying out detailed Workstation Assessments and other workplace assessments. Further to this role, I am involved in the higher management of the company and, along with the Directors, I am responsible for developling the business.I have been involved in various sporting and entertainment events and have worked with high profile sportsmen and women and entertainers during these to ensure they are fit to perform.

I gained a huge amount of experience working in Musculoskeletal outpatients and Orthopaedics in particular. As part of my role, I was also involved in the management of the team of junior Physiotherapists, as well as education of students. During my time at Knowsley, I saw an array of conditions, and gained valuable experience in treating and managing injuries of all kinds.
