Over the last 10 yrs, I've developed a robust skillset in navigating the journey from initial concept to product market fit, building SaaS products in organizations of a variety of sizes, from VC-backed startups to Fortune 100 enterprises. I’ve worked primarily in B2B and B2B2C models and have direct experience both selling ACVs from $25k-$100k+, while also leading product development initiatives. As a founder, I've touched every part of the business, but find the most joy in product and excel at creating SaaS solutions that span desktop & mobile, leading PMF experiments, and establishing comprehensive product KPIs. In 2015, I co-founded, LiftEd, a K12 Special Education SaaS business with my sister, Dr. Joanne Hill Powell. We raised $3M+ in VC, and expanded to hundreds of schools across the US and EU, before being acquired in June 2022 by Central Reach, the leading provider of Autism Technology Services globally.At Central Reach, the PE-backed global leader providing Autism Technology & Services, primarily in healthcare / therapy private markets, I served as Senior PM, GM, and Director of Product leading the execution of gtm & product strategy for edu.centralreach.com, a suite of 4 B2B SaaS products designed specifically for learners with Autism & IDD in schools. LiftEd was & remains the leading solution of the Edu offering. I reported to our CEO and was instrumental in scaling our Edu team (from 3 > 30) and suite of products into the multi-7 figures ARR.
