Project And Change Lead
Current- This role is focused on the delivery of projects which contribute to our organisational strategy:
- Ensuring there is a clear understanding of the problem to be solved, or the opportunity to be addressed.
- Outlining the scope of work and mapping out a clear project plan and project deliverables, including identifying, managing and mitigating risks associated with each project.
- Ensuring projects are designed in a way that deliver to our customer experience principles and will work for our people (including customer/user testing, where required).
- Provide change management expertise, communications, and training – working alongside other NZTE teams to develop and deliver.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships on projects, ensuring updates are shared regularly, concerns/issues are escalated and resolved, information is followed up on.
