I am a passionate higher education professional who manages complex systems and teams, with 18 years of experience working at Boston University. I served as Associate Director of Enrollment Services Operations at BU, managing a department of 14 full time employees and providing essential services to the Registrar, Combined Enrollment Services, Admissions and Financial Aid offices. I currently work as the Academic Advising Systems Lead on a project to replace the university's legacy mainframe with a modern and user-friendly student information system.In my previous roles at BU, I have demonstrated my expertise in student services, enrollment services, information systems, curriculum management, student records, business analysis, project management, customer service and team leadership. I have overseen the degree audit systems across campus, collaborated with various departments on policy and curriculum revisions, and demonstrated leadership capabilities as manager, supervisor, committee chair and team lead. I have also been involved with social justice and community work, mentoring both high school and college students on collaborative leadership skills and serving as co-director of an activist education program.
