CurrentResponsible for applying Lean Design® principles to improve customer value, quality, and profit through reverse engineering teardowns and Munro’s Design Profit® business case-building software. Accomplishments include side-by-side teardowns, costing, and redesign idea generation of products in the commercial beverage, HVAC, medical, and grocery merchandising industries. Continued automotive experience includes rough order of magnitude (ROM) costing for a new vehicle program, and generating cost saving redesign ideas for existing vehicle model lines. Additional automotive experience includes automotive body in white (BIW) teardown design and cost analysis, as well as the teardown costing and analysis of a vehicle on-location with a customer in China.
