I have been in full-time ministry at a church of 5,000 for more than 14 years. My most recent role at Palm Valley Church was oversight in the area of Assimilation. The purpose is to take people at our very large church and help them connect with deeper small groups as well as others—because we all need community with fellow believers! In addition, for the past five years I have been a department head of our assimilation process. In this capacity I have had direct oversight of two staff members and have been the direct report for over 50 volunteers. I believe my managerial experience in both the organization and volunteer capacities would be directly applicable to any organization.I am skilled in written and verbal communication having spoken in venues from 30 to 2000. In addition, I am able to clearly articulate and get across the needs at hand.
