QA Weld Tech applies advanced welding and fabrication techniques to provide effective solutions for clients in the oil, gas, petrochemical, renewable energy and power generation industries.With over 500 approved welding procedures, covering a wide range of materials including carbon and low alloy steels, Duplex and Super Duplex Stainless and high nickel alloys, QAWT has over 30 years experience delivering projects to clients around the globe. Extensive weld overlay facilities, using computer-controlled hot wire TIG apply Inconel 625, Stainless steel, Aluminium bronze and Stellite to base materials ranging from CMn steels through to AISI 4130, CrMo's, F6NM and Duplex stainless.The fabrication and weld cladding facilities are backed up by a fully-equipped CNC machining facility producing subsea connection systems, API weldneck flanges, high pressure wellhead components and oil tool equipment.QA Weld Tech has invested heavily quality and training and are accredited to ISO9001, ISO3834-2, IS018001, ISO14001 and ASME U & U2 stamps.
