Working across the Oil and Gas, Power Generation, Nuclear and Renewable industries we offer a turnkey service for the fabrication of flowloops, high pressure pipework and valve stands in Super Duplex, alloy steel and Inconel clad pipe materials.
In addition we offer weld inlay and cladding using computer controlled Hot Wire TIG machines depositing Inconel, stainless steel, aluminium bronze and Stellite on valves, bonnets, bulkhead plates and spool tree bodies. Our in-house CNC machining facility allows us to produce subsea connection systems, API weldneck flanges, high pressure wellhead components and oil tool equipment.
With a staff of fully qualified welding engineers, metallurgists, coded welders and experienced fabricators, we can apply an extensive range of processes and procedures on materials ranging from carbon steel and AISI 4130 through to Duplex Stainless Steel, Kunifer and high nickel alloys such as Inconel 625.
