Carrying out all of the Non-Destructive Testing for a considerable variety of manufactured parts such as – production flow loops, flooding caps, flow spools and wire cutting gates. Other duties include: Calibration of NDE equipment, stock-take of NDE consumables and providing information to the Compliance Manager to be used in the SHEF meeting.

• Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle inspection of all jobs before and after welding.• Assist the Quality Control Manager in production management and visual inspections.• Brinell Hardness Testing with portable equipment, daily and 6 monthly checks and calibration control.• Interpreting Acceptance standards to decide a pass or fail manufactured parts.• Producing and/or proofreading stamping information required for production.• Utilizing ASME VIII & ASME V to make use of best practice.• Sub-contractor management – Heat treatment, Radiography, UT and bore-scope inspection.•. CSWIP 3.0 visual welding inspection.• Hydro testing •Heat Treatment
