Responsible for managing a team in response to a new contract gained by Proximo as a diversification of the core business. The new team had to be recruited, trained and managed in order to provide a high standard of service to a very demanding client with very exacting time-scales. Additional outsourcing contracts had to be negotiated and service standards managed in order to fulfil the contract. This was successfully completed and the team handed over to another manager in the business in July 2014.
