I am fortunate to serve as a legal advisor to top business leaders as part of the Cassels team, a firm with one of the largest business law practices in Canada.A dual citizen with an international practice, I serve clients from across the street to around the world, from early stage enterprises to multinational organizations. My practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and general corporate and transactional matters. In each of those practices, I am privileged to be supported by the full-service legal team at Cassels.An alumnus of the University of Waterloo, Canada's epicentre for entrepreneurship, I have a passion for working with clients who seek to take a business idea and turn it into a reality — whether that idea focuses on an acquisition or exit, establishment of a new fund or enterprise, completion of a challenging transaction, or taking an enterprise to the next stage of its lifecycle.My approach is one of servant leadership: I have served as an ambassador and committee chair with the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, founding chair of Vancouver Startup Week, and chair of Vancouver's Yaletown Roundhouse, among others.
