James Kelsey Design was an exciting and successful New Media Agency in London, later bought by Incepta Group.I initially joined as an HTML/javascript frontend developer, before moving into ASP development.Worked on a number of key client websites, both new builds and regular maintenance work. Heavily involved in the redesign and build of the waitrose.com ISP site, which included a bespoke CMS solution.Became a technical lead on Web Accessibility and Web Standards, working on an internal accessibility portal project, and also helped promote Accessibility and Standards compliant practices in a small frontend development team.
