The Detour SF is the remodeled new bar Brewcade. This bar now has a full bar, adding spirits to the liquor selection, serving food with an added kitchen, and an expanded floor plan with additional arcade games. In the new bar, I am working as a bar back, to support the bartenders, by preparing garnishes, organizing the back bar and coolers, keeping draft lines flowing, busting/cleaning/organizing glass ware, and busting dishes from food for kitchen as well. Also working the Food Bar, which I take orders for food, draft beer/wine/cocktails, restocking the busting station with various condiments and eating utensils, and ensuring customers receive their food safely.

Brewcade SF was the first arcade bar in San Francisco, combining classic and indie arcade games with an impressive craft beer list and some wines. As a bartender, my responsibilities included opening/closing the bar, serving customers, keeping alcohol cooler organized, connecting new kegs for pouring, and making minor fixtures to arcade machines.

Worked my way up from part-time Packager to full-time Packaging Assistant Manager on the bottling lines, for the 12 ounce, 22 ounce, 50 ounce, and plastic bottles. On the bottling lines, I assisted in routine maintenance of the packaging machineries and operating them as well. Became forklift certified. Acquired, organized, and monthly inventoried supporting materials for bottling (labels, crowns, glass, label glue, box breakdowns).

The Klondike Derby Advisor is an adult position in charge of the San Francisco Bay Area Council's annual Klondike Derby (a snow camping camporee weekend for Boy Scouts & Ventures, roughly 300 - 400 people).The advisor also coaches a youth chairman on the execution of the actual event with competitions. He also responsible for locating a site for the event, making sure information goes out to the units interested in attending (months prior to the event), and in charge of all other planning, organizing, and execution of the annual event.

The Klondike Derby Chairman is a youth position in charge of the San Francisco Bay Area Council's annual Klondike Derby (a snow camping camporee weekend for Boy Scouts & Ventures, roughly 300 to 500 people)The chairman is mainly responsible for the organization of the friendly competitions, including a sled race. He is also responsible of recruiting a team of staff to run the event.
