Andrew managed performance and sales in the Scotland South SME business working with 90 relationship banking colleagues. Key areas of responsibility were:Performance management – ensured successful achievement against a number of performance measures, setting of performance measures at team and individual level, achieving a significant improvement in customer service satisfaction rating from clients and mitigated risk in the business.People Development – supported all colleagues’ personal development through training, coaching and learning and development opportunities.Project/change management – managed a number of change projects introducing new systems and processes to the business and ensured successful embedding of the changes. Managed and delivered a portfolio restructure exercise involving 10k+ clients to create BoS key market proposition in the market.
