As the Operations Manager I am responsible for all aspects of the Siemens Operations from a 125,000 spft warehouse in Nuneaton. My responsibilities include but are not limited to manpower resource planning, daily KPI monitoring and recording, inbound & outbound processing of orders, continuous improvement using six sigma tools and processes, health and safety, Inventory and location accuracy, staff development and succession planning and quality.

• Manage and co-ordinate Logistics performances and improvement initiatives.• Manage the entire supply chain from planning, purchasing, inbound, order to delivery, asset return and meter repatriation to asset owner.• Budget control and maintenance of all third party invoices to ensure accuracy.• Control, manage and negotiation of 3rd party contract.

• Account Manager on the Samsung account responsible for the accounts P&L management and budgetary control, whilst delivering profit through continuous improvement.• Management of systems projects ensuring on time delivery and cost.• Leadership of strategic & tactical projects to support operational excellence & KPIs, customer satisfaction & engagement with daily direct client interaction.

I was responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operation including Inbound, Outbound, Quality, all KPIs and Health & Safety.

As General Supervisor I was responsible for Outbound performance standard in-line with the contract, managing all customs requirements including Known Consignor, all aspects of quality relating to aircraft batch control and airworthiness, recruitment of staff, Health and Safety and Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma practices and methodology.
