My BackgroundI have been working in both real-world and IT sectors since 2003. I am a co-founder of Adviko Group — a developer of web solutions and internet marketing for small and medium businesses since 2010.As a project manager, I participated in designing and implementing complex web solutions: e-commerce, marketplaces, intranet solutions. As a product manager, I participated in developing such products as an analytical system of trading data; a computational geometry system; an online platform for learning English.I also teach financial and economic disciplines at the Belarusian State Economic University. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with students who are interested in learning about business administration.My Interest in BlockchainI became interested in blockchain technology in 2017 when I discovered Bitcoin and Ethereum. I was fascinated by the idea of decentralized peer-to-peer networks that can enable trustless transactions without intermediaries.Since then, I have been following the developments of various projects in the web3 space such as DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, DApps, etc.I am also an author of more than 70 works and podcasts on various aspects of economics, web3, business models, development, and audit of tokenomics. I have developed and consulted more than 50 tokenizations of assets and liabilities for different spheres: gaming, social networks, real estate, finance, healthcare and sports, real sector of economy, education and other projects.My Experience as a Blockchain Expert and ConsultantIn 2018, I decided to apply my skills and knowledge to real-world projects that use blockchain technology. Since then, I have been working as a blockchain expert and consultant for more than 50+ tokenization projects for various domains: gaming (Ivenlab , GameGreed , Greens , GembalaRacing , Mentora , Uniplay ), social networks (Future , Artistoken , PR Club , Arch ), real estate (Crowdtech ), finance (MMK , KnightWallet , TopTrader , Vidi ), health careand sports (SuperPower , Move2Feet ), real sector of economy (BetonTk , TakeJet , GoldSierra ), education (EngVo ) etc.My role as a blockchain expert and consultant involves:- Analyzing the client's needs and goals- Designing the tokenomics model that suits their vision- Developing smart contracts using Solidity or other languages- Testing and auditing smart contracts for security- Advising on best practices for launching tokens- Providing support after launch
