I am currently a freshman student at the Kelley School of Business, majoring in Marketing. My interest in business came from my love of human interaction and problem solving. In high school, I volunteered as a homeroom leader who had the chance to help and guide sophomores as they navigated high school. In this mentorship program, I worked closely with high school sophomores to help set them up for a successful high school career by sitting down with them to discuss their goals for high school and beyond. I was also part of the Big Brothers program associated with my high school. In this program, I was given responsibility of a kid who was less fortunate than I. Our meeting would consist of helping him with school work, doing a fun activity for the day, and guiding him to make good decisions regarding his relationships with others. At Indiana University, I have joined Greek life to connect with students with similar interests and passions as me my goal is to eventually obtain a leadership position in this fraternity so I can use my skills for the betterment of the fraternity. In the future, I hope to pursue an internship in marketing where I can learn how to apply the skills that I have to real world problems.
