Director Of Sales Operations
Identifies, develops, manages and implements a portfolio of customer engagement programs through email, linkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Ad Roll & Google Ads.Manages programs to meet organizational needs and exceed sales and marketing KPI goals.Thinks broadly to develop integrated customer experiences across various touchpoints and teams.Works with wide range of partners across the organization to develop integrated programs that address customers’ needs, drive retention, and increase digital adoption.Partners with internal and external creative agencies to develop email/social media campaigns, website conversion strategies to produce brand awareness/loyalty. Partners with senior team members and manager to establish to evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks for all sales channels and marketing communication programs.Evaluates success of programs by tracking KPIs; make recommendations to optimize programs through leveraging insights.Communicates the latest digital enhancements and capabilities to improve customer experience and drive retention.Leverages highly effective project management skills to drive complex cross-functional programs.Demonstrates highly effective written and verbal communication skills with peers and leadership; represent the Marketing organization to internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership.Supports the leadership team withs budgets, contracts, deliverables and accounts payable/receivables.Administrator for HubSpot, Outreach.io, Salesforce, linkedIn, Develops and executes strategic social and ad campaigns. Attends and sponsors events including: AMA triangle, Adobe + Magento, ETail, IRCE and ShopTalk, supply chain and shipping events including Fedex, UPS, DHL & Amazon.Manages and nurtures Key Enterprise Adobe B2B Commerce Cloud Accounts including:Mobile Communications America, Zagg Inc.Directly manages, business development team and Marketing teamDirector of Sales Operations
