Led UiPath's Cloud business which saw greater than 300% year over year revenue growth for the cloud business.We achieved such impactful results through:- Working directly with customers and prospects to identify needs across the entire suite of products, formulating the feedback into a strategy, and then working across all cloud services (more than 15) to deliver a comprehensive solution.- Designed and brought new cloud first product offerings to market including Cloud Robots (Serverless and Virtual Machine based) and specialized cloud environments for regulated industries.- Created a "Product Led Growth" team with the goal of organically growing business through efforts which included a direct to customer e-commerce offering, in-product trials, new product bundle offerings, and in-product experiments to boost usage and gather feedback.- Worked with industry analysts including from Gartner and Forrester to achieve positive assessments across our suite of offerings.- Created and maintained a Snowflake Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) for operational review and business planning.- Partnered with sales and marketing to make sure we had a complete and well understood story for the value of our product that was easy for customers to understand.- Built one of the most diverse Product Management teams in the company through hiring and retention.

Lead product manager responsible for creating cloud robots and creating the products and integrations that make it possible for business users to automate their tasks. This included:- Working with customers and UiPath executives to create a vision, plan, and business model for two types of Cloud Robots which provide UiPath Robots as a service and then bring them to market on time as a successful release.- Leading the product team for UiPath’s StudioX from the proof-of-concept phase to bring it to a generally available release in the market. This included significant requirements gathering from our largest and most important customers, and significant user research efforts to make it possible for business users to build their own automations. - Delivering high quality and easy to use integrations with Microsoft Office Desktop, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspaces to make automating tasks that used any of those fully functional and complete.- Integrating predictive artificial intelligence (AI) experience into the developer tools experience to help business users create their own automations.- Created an automated system for analyzing and gleaning actionable insights from customer responses using machine learning (ML) and AI.

I lead the team of product managers that is responsible for .NET Tools and Languages. Our team is responsible for C#, Visual Basic, F#, ASP.NET, Web development, and Azure App Service tooling in Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Visual Studio for Mac.
