1. Lead, manage, plan, control, direct and organize day to day operations of the Permasteelisa's Interiors & Contracting Business Unit Offices in SG & MY as the Head of Department (Interiors).2. Lead and manage Interiors team and work together with Regional colleagues from Josef Gartner, Germany & Hong Kong, Dongguan factory to deliver assigned projects and achieve company vision and goals.3. Lead, manage, plan and deliver multiple large scale projects ranging from luxury retails brands - façade, millworks supply, turnkey projects including fit-out works for luxury retails, commercial offices, hotel & special projects from tender to completion.4. Maintain and be the first point of contact for existing luxury retail brand clients accounts and develop new accounts for SG & MY markets.5. Lead tendering process together with Regional Asia Offices (Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, China) for SG & MY projects.6. Develop & maintain a positive relationship and open communication with International Designers & Consultants through construction administration to ensure drawings and materials approval are according to specs & meet the required quality standards.7. Oversee entire end-to-end process from design development, engineering, procurement, production, packing & shipping, delivery on time, within budget cost & project criteria and of high quality. Establish & review Project Schedules & Milestones. Evaluate potential Risks - contractual, financial, commercial, political; generate budget & forecast project cash flow for every projects.8. Review, counter propose terms in contract preparation, negotiation, finalization of contracts. Well-versed in PSSCOC, REDAS & SIA Contracts.

Ensure all submission plans adhere to local authorities regulations.Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and project resources informed.
