Andrew is a Senior Associate in Stewarts' Commercial Litigation team (the UK’s leading litigation-only law firm). Andrew advises clients (including State entities, FTSE 100 companies, financial institutions and private companies) on a wide range of complex, high value and business critical disputes.In addition to the wide range of general commercial litigation matters he runs, Andrew specialises in managing risk and resolving disputes arising from both IT projects that have run into difficulty and software under licensing issues.
