In 2021-22 Dirt Logic was acquired by Topcon. Due to the acquisition Dirt Logic was transitioned to a service within Topcon / Topcon Solutions Stores. Dirt Logic is no longer a company in itself but a Topcon Solutions Store service. Dirt Logic still provides the same excellent service as it has for the past 20+ years. There have been no changes to our current organization and how we provide our services.For myself, the only change was a title that changed from 'Executive Vice President' with DirtLogic to 'Sr. Manager of 3D Design Services' under Topcon Solutions Store.My focus under TSS is primarily to continue to oversee both services. 'Earthwork Takeoffs' and 'Machine Control Modeling' services. I will continue to develop and create strategic offerings that will help DirtLogic and Topcon achieve success for years to come. Overall, I continue doing what I have been doing for the past 18 years under a bigger umbrella. With Topcon / TSS we can expand what Dirt Logic offers with bigger reach and more influence.

Work closely with the CEO / Founder of DirtLogic to develop sales strategies to launch our business nationwide and business development for current and future growth within the excavation industry. Other duties involve administrating DirtLogic and maintaining customer relationships, as well as, assist in our hiring process and human resources.Manage both Machine Control Models and Earthowrk Take-off services. Scheduling, proposals and day to day operations. Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies for our online presence, as well as our marketing email and print campaigns.

Duties involve running earthwork take-offs on a daily basis. Between 2-3 take-offs a day. Work involves running custom take-offs for over 100+ clients / contractors nationwide.

I worked with our Marketing department to develop marketing goals and strategies to expand DirtLogic's reach throughout the United States. Magazine articles, trade-show advertising, online website optimization, and all of our branding. Designed and created our marketing pieces for both print and online media.

Duties involve running earthwork take-offs on a daily basis, as well as, managing the schedules and maintaining customer relations. Manage up to 3 take-off technicians, schedules and customer relations.

In 2019 we needed help with our GPS modeling production. I went back into production and trained with our GPS Modeling manager to refresh myself in running / creating GPS models. Over the course of a year I retook online courses for Civil3D and entered a crash course in modeling. Mainly to get my feet wet again and could help out our crew during our busy seasons.

Duties involve maintaining DirtLogic's web media development to develop web site UI, advertising revenue, web site growth and brand strategy, as well as, project manager outside consultant web development teams for our company website, eccommerce and branding.Minor duties within the office include network maintenance, PC troubleshooting and office management.

Duties involve managing the development of marketing for DirtLogic and DirtLogic's DirtStore. Project managed and helped develop the DirtStore from concept to launch.

I was hired to work for Coffman Excavation as an 'in-house' Earthwork Takeoff technician. I provided Earthwork Takeoffs to 6 Project Managers daily. Consistently around 2-3 Earthwork Takeoffs a day. Eventually led to managing the department, as well as assisting Coffman's grade checkers and owner of Coffman on outside projects.

Designed front-end UI design for I-Mark's clients, such as Adobe, The Webby's, and Kodak. I would hardcore HTML templates to place the UI design. The template was handed over to our software development team to hardcode the site using the UI design and then implemented to the client's website.I also worked with the software development team to design the UI for the internal intranet site for a communications department of around 50 employees. I lead focus group-type sessions with the 50 sales representatives from the communications department to iron out the UI design to accommodate their daily production and communication with each other.I was also tasked with creating the UI design for the project management website used throughout the company, project managers, sales representatives and executives.
