My position with Aon Hewitt (now Alight Solutions) consisted of participation on two different client teams, one in Chicago, IL and the other in Denver, CO. As a Delivery Specialist we were tasked with overseeing various ongoing duties for the client but the overall goal of the position was to assist the client and other colleagues in delivering our benefits administration service.Over the course of the first half of 2016 I was involved in multiple-stage systems testing, process documentation, frequent communication with client and third-party vendor representatives, resolving customer service escalations, and strategic discussions on the short and long term goals of our operations. Highlights have included contributing on a successful implementation of a new client, earning our unit a Enthusiastic Client Certificate. Also, I partnered with the Talent Development unit of AH to organize multiple focus groups for new hires to provide feedback on the training/onboarding process. After the conclusion of these sessions, I compiled the responses along with some analysis and provided a report for company leadership on the collective feedback.

My position with OHRD (now OTM) was one of helping initiate and sustain the process of implementing the WiGrow program across the UW-Madison campus. I worked closely with the group of campus unit leaders titled the Student Employment Initiative tasked with starting the program on campus. My duties included being the program contact for campus, helping in the creation of program documents and the website, leading multiple large and small scale training sessions, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis, event planning and execution, strategic planning, and transitioning the program to a new lead following my graduation.Successes include achieving campus-wide participation numbers of nearly 3,000 students and supervisors for the initial Fall 2013 Semester. Additionally, the end of the school year survey for the program reported percentages of 84% and 90% of students in agreement with the program helping them connect their current work duties to their academic pursuits and future endeavors, respectively, a key metric of success for the initiative.
