GENRATE NEW IN SEASON ASAP ORDERS IN ASSIGNED TERRITORY• Maintain company expectations of daily outbound calls (20-25) to authorized retailers in my territory in order to generate new sales. • Works with the outside reps weekly and or daily to follow up on outstanding orders that have not yet been placed by authorized retailers. • Work with a target list for my region to grow soft goods sales for the season in alignment with company goals. • Communicate with outside reps on which retailers need assistance in the store in order to get an order placed for both hard goods and soft goods. • Work with the outside sales representatives to launch any regional sales initiatives and lead the inside territory group to execute. • Work with the other Account Executives on the team and with management to generate ideas for new promotions at key times of the year & drive that promotion to the authorized retailers.• Expected to grow C&D (lower dollar accounts in the territory) a certain % and communicate that with the outside representatives. • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items. • Achieve monthly territory goals and annual sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
