Remote contracting for Tymeglobal Technologies with the New York Department of Labor (NYDOL) as a call center agent. I assisted claimants in filing unemployment insurance claims and resolved issues with existing claims. After two months on this contract I was promoted to a team supervisor. I was responsible for managing this group, supervising on-call conduct, training and assisting agents on an ad hoc basis, and ensuring compliance with DOL’s protocols and regulations. This involved routine administrative oversight such as checking timecard punches, checking payroll information through Paycom, and reviewing agent call data records from the Verizon In-Contact systems; conducted bi-weekly reviews of agent performance and requested dismissals as needed.I left this position after the NYDOL opted to not renew my contracting group's contract.
