I'm responsible for extensive ad hoc queries in relation to financials, process improvements and many other areas of work. I ensure Contractual Requirements are met for planned works i.e. ensuring the planned frequency is loaded each month to enable the teams to get the work done while maintaining source regimes and ensuring data integrity. I’m also responsible for financial billing of many of our contracts which includes verification of internal data vs Council data and reconciling the totals each month, liaising with Council over problems and correcting internal issues with the relevant teams along with reporting and the ad hoc queries associated with this. Additionally, I work with Operations managers to ensure required changes are made to our source regimes, ensuring future planning is conducted and I provide any supplementary information that can aide and/or improve operations.I also review & update processes utilizing Promapp to ensure they match real world situations, while creating new processes when new tools are deployed.

As an 'Occupier Investigator' for Genesis Energy, I was responsible for maintaining our daily database, modifying and expanding it to meet our developing needs, as well as instigating processes to ensure its redundancy.As part of this role, I was trained up to Green Belt level in lean six sigma in order to improve/develop existing or new processes that would result in improvements to the business, ultimately saving money. Additionally, this role required the ability to manage the expectations of project sponsors and the ability to work around project constraints in order to develop project goals and expectations.This position also required extensive problem solving skills as well as a comprehensive knowledge base of existing processes and tools in order to determine if changes could negatively impact the daily operations of existing or soon to be developed tools.
