Andrew Lee is a cross-disciplinary leader who is passionate about advancing mission and improving lives. Motivated by the idea that solving complex challenges requires leaders with broad experiences and intellectual agility, Andrew has built extensive leadership experience across a variety of business and nonprofit sectors such as health care, philanthropy, American Indian affairs, sports, manufacturing, and academia. Andrew is a published author, an active member of the World Economic Forum’s Forum of Young Global Leaders, a frequent keynote speaker, and has testified twice in the U.S. Senate.Andrew’s experience includes executive and board roles at world-class institutions such as Aetna, Harvard, the Ford Foundation, and the Smithsonian. He currently works for Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a national nonprofit that advances racial equity and social justice by elevating the economic trajectories of people of color and changing employer practices. Andrew is also a senior adviser for Fresh Tri, a digital health and wellness company that employs neuroscience to foster positive habit formation. He serves on boards for USA Lacrosse, the National Park Foundation, Harvard, the Tewaaraton Foundation, 4TheFuture Foundation, the Chickasaw Nation, among others. He holds degrees from Hamilton College (BA) and the Harvard Kennedy School (MPP), and has completed fellowships/executive education at Princeton, Harvard, and Yale. Andrew, who is half-Seneca Indian, lives in Englewood, Colorado and his extended family resides on the Seneca Cattaraugus Indian Territory in western New York. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys fly fishing, playing competitive lacrosse, hiking, skiing, and riding his Harley Davidson.
