I have proven track record for building and leading high-performing financial, risk and sustainability advisory practices within the Big Four (PwC & EY) and Private Equity backed professional services firms (Duff & Phelps, Kroll & ERM).As the Regional Managing Partner for ERM's M&A team in Northern Europe, I leverage over 20 years of experience in providing human and artificial intelligence to proactively protect, detect and respond to ESG and other corporate risks for my clients. I am a Chartered Accountant and a Sustainability Accounting accredited practitioner, with a strong background in transaction advisory and technical accounting.My mission is to help my clients turn ESG-related beliefs into actionable policies, identify what is material to their stakeholders, and establish processes for the collation, verification, and reporting of ESG metrics. I also help them benchmark, set targets, and drive accountability for change, in turn mitigating ESG-related risk and driving value creation through an ESG lens.
