I love learning. It's why I've undertaken a doctorate to understand how to make online courses more engaging, collaborative, and rewarding. There's a long history to the scholarship of teaching and learning, and I'm excited to be part of where the field is headed in digital spaces as I conclude my PhD program. As a Learning Experience Designer, I partner with faculty to create digital learning experiences for students. I first gained my research skills assessing and studying teaching quality at ETS. I'm interested in LxD roles that involve design thinking, digital storytelling, and user research. On the side, I'm excited to start teaching online part-time in Fall 2023: a course entitled, "Designing Learning Environments in a Social and Digital World."
