I worked in all product categories from: Cut and sew knits, woven shirts, outerwear, bottoms, sweaters as well as graphics. I was responsible for overall design and development of the entire collection, from creating and maintaining tech packs, and managing both fabric and tech pack handoff to suppliers. I was also responsible for doing in depth trend analysis with both vintage and current/progressive fashion. I implemented a thorough design presentation process consisting of mood boards, and color cads, and line adoption. I managed the tracking of all samples and developments, working closely with our suppliers to ensure all deliverables were met avoiding production delays.

At Ralph Lauren I was responsible for design Rugby knits, sourcing fabric, trim and working with R&D to develop and perfect wash formulas. I was responsible for tech pack handoff to both product development and technical design. I improved vendor cost structures for both logo and trim. I maintained tech pack handoff with consistency avoiding errors. I set up allocation meetings and subsequent followups. I consistently met all DDD sample/stock deliverables. I was also responsible for design presentations, organizing boards from initial stages through the handoff of products. I worked with and managed cross-functional partners to achieve stronger presentations (i.e art dept., graphics).

I was responsible for developing creative solutions based on established concepts and budget. I collaborated with marketing managers to create assets that met campaign objectives. I managed the design calendar and ensured all design deliverables we're met. I designed and executed email marketing campaigns. I created custom graphics for all social media outlets. I photographed for campaigns, retouched and resized all photography. I participated in client calls and meetings, managed notes on objectives and revisions. I worked within budget, and allocated time constituents. I demonstrated consistent brand/visual elements across web, print, and social media. I also managed projects that required layout of lookbooks and print ads.
